Our Culture
NICJR is headquartered in Oakland, California, but the majority of our staff work remotely from coast to coast. The nature of our work is dynamic and fast-paced, with travel opportunities provided to team members across the organization.
The work of saving lives and improving outcomes can be challenging at times.
